CUSTOMER CARE

At Christmas Lights of Tulsa , we pride ourselves in providing excellent customer care. We understand that our customers rely on our products and services, and we take their satisfaction seriously. We guarantee that any light bulb purchased from us will be replaced free of charge if it goes out within the first year. Additionally, if any of our products malfunction, we promise to take care of the issue within 24 hours. Our customer care staff is available to answer any questions or concerns, so please don't hesitate to reach out.

​PRIVACY & SAFETY​

At Christmas Lights of Tulsa, we take your privacy and safety seriously. If photos and videos of your home are used for advertisement we will be sure to conceal your location from the general public unless told otherwise.

 All data collected from you will remain private and not shared with other retailers, with the exception of Baker Lawn and Land. All card payments are secure and backed by the FDIC up to $250,000.00. We also use secure encryption technology to ensure your payment information is kept safe and secure. We are committed to providing our customers with a safe and secure environment to shop.
